This year I’m following an online course called “Healing Diets” from the school Pure Health, based in London. Each lesson has a specific topic, for example Water, Chemical compounds in foods, Cleansing your organs, Ayurveda, but also issues concerning our health systems, our agricultural systems, etc. I’ve been learning so much about the body, its organs and how to help heal yourself in a natural way, using certain foods, spices, oils and eliminating toxins from the body. I’m getting to know so many inspiring pioneers out there that helped the natural / alternative medicine movement go forward, in which I truly believe in. Also, with this course, you get to research a lot on your own topics related to the lessons and topics that you choose to look into further and write essays about it.
